How lucky you are to have all that activity and also the ability to be able to perceive "them". Have you had any type of communication caught on EVP? Have you contacted any other gifted person to try to get their histories so that you can check out who they are? All the stories they could share, if only they could 'talk'! Our daughters took us back to the Bronson Church as a surprise for our 30th anniversary this summer since we got married there and took our pictures at the altar. We would have liked to have also got back into the GAR Hall but it was closed that afternoon and that was where we had our reception. It always feels like the veil is very thin in the entire area, not in a creepy way, but almost like a comforting connection with history. Does the historical society do any tours of the area? I'd much rather trust the info they would give over a tour that was just about myths of the area that would possibly lead to vandalism.

My Husbands Great Grandfather was D.H. Billings. We live in the family homested which he had built in 1886 in Peninsula, Oh. where he was the Funeral Director in the late 1800's into the early 1900's. Yes, sightings are regular here. We live about a mile down the road from Mater Delorosa Cemetery and less than a half mile from the Mother of Sorrows Church. My backyard and house are full of ghosts. thankfully none have been violent. I have a mother and young child that sits in my backyard , she is wearing a white long dress and hat, several children playing in the woods, an old man standing at my back door, and have seen on several occaisions a young gentleman dressed in civil war uniform standing near the Old Players Barn.
Upon taking photos in and outside my home we have tons of orbs floating around day and night.
I have a young boy that sleeps on the floor of one of the bedrooms I often step over thinking it's one of our children in the dark only to turn the light on and he's gone!

As for the covered bridge, we have been there many a times and yes, I've heard the baby crying usually late evening.
